Bobolink Trail & South Boulder Creek

Bobolink / South Boulder Creek is a popular area for a stroll and for dog walking all year-round.
The Bobolink trail follows South Boulder Creek all the way to Marshall Road and passes through fields and meadows, farm land, cattle grazing area, and wetland marsh and past a vibrant prairie dog colony.
Bobolink is named after the Bobolink bird sometimes seen there and the entire trail segment is a great area for bird watching in both the cottonwoods and the marshes. Seasonal wildflowers are also vibrant here.

Comments |
Very popular place to take dogs for a nice walk. Dogs aren't permitted past the first segment, not on farm land. Avoid getting between a mother cow and calf. Can be heavy on mosquitoes during mosquito season. |
